Honor of Distinction

Conner girls soccer is creating an Honor of Distinction for our program. This will be an annual honor that we look to recognize with our past alumni within girls soccer. There is a rich history of excellence and honoring our past that helped shape our program. The honor is not retiring the jersey.This is an award that will be recognized at our end of season banquet.

The greatest legacy one can leave for a program is based on respect for your teammates and knowing your success was part of a larger journey.

How to Nominate:

A form click here has been created to take nominations for consideration. We are looking to create a list of girls soccer athletes. Each season we will choose 1-2 alumni to be honored at our season ending banquet celebration. This will be an opportunity to share and merge the experience with current families.

Requirements:

Alumni should meet the following
1. Graduated minimum 4 years 2023 (2019 graduates or earlier)
2. Played varsity at CHS senior season and graduated
3. Honors Received while playing
4. Minimum Honors Earned while playing
(NKY Coaches All-region 1st, 2nd, or 3rd team)

Once a player is selected our staff will reach out to acknowledge through email, phone, or social media. At this point we will confirm the ability to attend our end of season banquet. Honored player(s) and guests will be invited. We will collect photos, awards earned (HS and college), with additional information to honor at the banquet. The honored guest will speak to the group upon receiving the award. Each year our website will be updated with a picture of the plaque.
